Business Update

As our business grows, we need to lay solid foundations to ensure we continue to excel in service to all of our customers. To enable me to do this it makes a great deal of sense for me to share some of my day to day responsibilities.

With this in mind, I would like to announce that I am stepping away from my current leadership position at Mash, the day to day management of the business. I will still be involved in planning and agreeing the business strategy going forward. Doing this will allow me to fully focus on looking after our key customers to gain a stronger and more consistent relationship without distraction.

The day to day leadership of Mash will now fall to Chris O’Connor, he has excelled in the role of COO and will now act in the capacity of CEO to continue to develop structure across the whole business and deliver the future of Mash with the full support of myself and the senior team. – Charlie Mash. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to discuss anything,

As a point of introductions please see the below from Chris:

Over the years I have only worked for 5 companies and with each role, I have tried to stretch myself, work outside my comfort zone and learn as much as possible. My seniority and responsibilities steadily increased with my last two positions being mainboard directors within sizable and successful businesses. The reason I wanted to join Mash is very simple. I can see a massive opportunity for us to grow as a very credible and successful semi-national foodservice supplier which is headed by an actual business owner. Our founder, Charlie Mash, is very involved in the business and I and I firmly believe that with our joint experience, enthusiasm, management styles and the will of everyone at Mash we will we do great things.
