Job Title: Transport Manager
Hours: Flexibility over Hours and Shifts required.
Based in North West London, Mash Purveyors is a fast-growing fresh produce supplier serving many of London’s most prestigious restaurants and hotels.
The production department includes preparation of high quality fruit & vegetables as well as producing a large selection of freshly squeezed juices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1: Develop and implement a proactive, planned and structured approach to the maintenance of fleet vehicles, keeping within the designated budget and ensuring all vehicles used are fit for purpose and the customer experience is of a high standard.
2: Ensuring transport staff deliver the service appropriate to the changing needs of customers in line with relevant guidance and individual risk assessments.
3: The ability to ensure that Transport delivers all Key Performance Indicators in Line with Budget forecast ensuring any overspend on Salaries is delivered by year end or a year on year saving is delivered.
4: The ability to set clear standards and defined guidelines and lead by example, whilst valuing the opinion of other within the team.
5: To promote a sense of common purpose through the embodiment of Mash’s Mission, Vision and Values.
6: Ensuring transport staff deliver the service appropriate to the changing needs of customers in line with relevant guidance and individual risk assessments.
1: Good communication, including use of computer systems.
2: Awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace and able to ensure compliance throughout the Team.
3: Ability to work under pressure.
4: Energy, commitment and enthusiasm, and able to lead from the front.
5: Highly adaptable to organisational change and respond positively.
